Lane 4in4 Challenge!

The rules are simple, 4 weeks, 4 daily challenges all leading to you completing greatness at the end of the 4 weeks. 

Challenge 1: complete a daily workout, it can be anything the gym, a run, a swim, a walk, a bike whatever. 

Challenge 2: Have a daily ice bath. Don’t have one don’t worry our Lane Ice Tub 2.0 has just landed so get in quick. 

Challenge 3: Drink 3-4 litres of water each day. 

Challenge 4: give yourself 30 minutes each day to stretch, work on your mobility and to set some goals for the next day. Stretching is super important for your body's recovery and is always overlooked. 

Complete these 4 challenges each day and set yourself a goal to reach at the end of the 4 weeks. This could be anything dream big, give yourself a challenge that will push you to the limits and show you what you're really made of. 

The goal of this challenge is to empower you to start making the positive changes you want in your life, start putting your body's health and wellness first, start feeling motivated each and every day to give it your best this is not a mere challenge, this is a chance to unlock your true potential, transcend your limits, and witness a profound transformation within yourself.
